Overview:

Designed and developed an integrated mechatronics fixtures for automated end-of-line drone component testing, to detect defects in every wing and tail, reducing cycle time by 8x while ensuring shipment-ready reliability for supplier deployment. This included doing the mechanical, electrical and software architecture for these testers.
